City of Sand City

Sand City is a 347 acre community fronting 1.5 miles of the Monterey Bay coastline. Formerly the industrial center of the Peninsula, Sand City is in metamorphosis; transforming into a comprehensive community of its own with major retail, single family homes, small businesses, a budding artist community, and ''new urbanism'' mixed-use development.
